A tomato nursery for the cultivation of special, small vine tomatoes on hanging cultivation gutters. This project is supplied turnkey by Certhon. 

We have realized:

• A Venlo type greenhouse of 30.000 m2 with a post height of 6 m. The model of the gutter is a narrow aluminum type;
• The greenhouse is equipped with triple glass panel vents, which are operated by means of a rail mechanism;
• Certhon supplied the materials for the construction of the greenhouse and directed the care of the installation work. In addition, the company premises were also supplied and constructed by Certhon.
• A complete greenhouse heating system with a boiler of 4680 kW;
• CO2 dosing system;
• A heat storage tank with a capacity of 1200m3;
• A low-grade heating system (tube net system);
• Pipe rail heating;
• The installation is equipped for a future doubling of the surface;
• The greenhouse is heated by means of waste heat from the adjacent power station;
• Grow Light installation with 210 micro mol / m2 / sec as light level;
• Rainwater, drainage water and daily stock-storage silos;
• A complete drip system suitable for in-between plants;
• A complete drain collection system for recycling;
